We as pensioners have been stunned by the help we were given by a courthouse staff member ( Anita ) who went out of her way on two occasions to help us with some document submissions. Thank you so much to the council for hiring and training such wonderful staff. We are indebted to her for her help, friendliness, and knowledge.

Lady I speak to on phone and always get stuck speaking to at the desk is one of the most awful and unpleasant people I have ever spoken to, the whole reason you are there is to help people coming into the court house. If you don't like it get another job.

Went there today to get a copy of my birth certificate. Excellent service, smooth and painless. The two ladies I had contact with were very pleasant. The lady on security was also very efficient and friendly.

This place gets 5stars because no matter how broken, run down, outdated, antiquated and ramshackled it gets it will never be much of a failure as the (in)justice system housed within its walls.

Oh and the wee little fella that works as a registrar there does an amazing impersonation of both a canine and rodent at the same time even without the slightest hint of humility or appreciation on the rule of seniority in law.

So if you want to see the people that touch kids get a slap on the wrist and their victims incarcerated for self medicating for years simply so they can stay alive. Bunbury courthouse is a must see on your next trip Douth.

For a Government business that rakes in millions one has to wonder at the poor training the staff get when asked a simple question about a service they offer where legal advice is not warranted.
