I thought I’d reviewed this post office shop, but it seems I haven’t… so it’s a couple of months later, but the service I received from the very helpful, lovely, friendly staff was exceptional. The lovely gentleman saved me money with some suggestions because I was sending an odd-stapes gift and the options were few..
I’ve seen some poor reviews but my experience was delightful. .

Super lovely and patient staff, they were really informative with my passport information despite me getting incorrectly guided by a post office in Sydney. This place is also way more efficient than the Lanyon Shops Post Office so would recommend over that one!

They are highly uncooperative !
One of the staff member was really rude and racist when I tried submitting passport application for my baby , she made objections on things that were baseless and was rude enough to say I won’t accept no matter what. The manager didn’t helped as well.
The same application was submitted at other branch and was accepted easily!
Tuggeranong staff is not cooperative , they made me come thrice and were not ready to help !

Absolutely disgusting service. Not one ounce of "customer service" shown.
I do not usually post reviews but I was treated so appallingly today I'm at a loss for words. Even the lady in the queue behind me came to ask if I was ok after the way I was treated.
Will not return here, would rather go to Erindale or Lanyon!

Terrible attitude from the member of staff when posting an international parcel. Why ask once i get to the counter have i completed the customs form normally you complete at the counter then we were sent of to complete the form once returned to the queue unfortunately we received the same member of staff then told you have to list everything in the parcel clothes is just not accepted by customs i replied with then i will need 5 customs to complete then. Just seemed like they didn't want to be there.

Not happy with this post office, registered my application for passport renewal on 25th March, today at passport office i realised they did not lodge it till 4th of April, my husband did his application at Manuka post office one day before me on 24th March, he got his passport on 14th April, I had to pay $225 at the passport office today as I need to travel n 29th April due to family tragedy overseas, they said I should not expect my passport to arrive earlier than mid May, they only want the payment, very frustrated ? why should be so much difference in the processing of applications if this is due to late lodgement at this branch?!!
Would never go back here and would never recommend them to any one.

Unacceptably poor service. Travelled here to have a visa photograph taken, and was assured that the photograph that was taken met the requirements for the specific country. However, when I went to use the photograph in the visa application, I found that it doesn't even remotely meet the requirements, being the wrong size overall (too small) and having an incorrect head size. This serious Australia Post service failure has caused me significant disruption, including a delay in lodging my visa application.
