I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Bravo Migration.

We paid over $3,000 upfront to apply for a permanent residence visa. As the planned submission week approached, I asked if everything was ready, and was told NO—because they hadn’t collected any documents from my employer. Instead, they asked me to handle it myself. This was not communicated until the last minute and showed a clear lack of planning and responsibility on their part.

I gathered the documents myself during that same week and sent them through to bravo, but heard nothing back. My calls and emails were ignored for weeks. Only after I asked for a refund did they respond, claiming they don’t offer refunds for a “change of mind.” They took no responsibility for the delays or their failure to follow through on the service they were paid for.

They then suggested I continue with the process—meaning more payments—even though they had already failed to deliver on the initial work. Meanwhile, the only thing they followed up on consistently were their invoices.

Eventually, after multiple email, I pointed out that MARA guidelines state clients should be given clear invoices and refunded for any unearned fees, they agreed to return half the amount. However, the invoice they provided was blank, with no breakdown of services. When they finally offered a partial refund, they gave me only a couple of days to accept it or lose it all— meaning, give up on the rest of the money.

Their handling of my case showed a lack of professionalism and accountability. I would not recommend this agency to anyone.

$1,750 Lost — No Service Delivered.

We wanted to start the process for our PR application with them. Even before taking any steps, we got asked to pay for the service in advance ($3,500.)

After that, we received a generic email with a list of documents to be provided. After we sent in our documents, we didn’t hear anything back from them for multiple weeks, despite our calls and emails.

I physically went to their listed office address — only to discover a coworking space, with no representative from the firm present.

We requested a full refund, as not application had been launch. They finally contact us, to refused the refund, claiming that “checking your email” justified the fee. After pushing back for days, we received only 50% of our money back — meaning we lost $1,750 for what was essentially an automated checklist and NO SERVICE.

We had to ask several time for an invoice, which proved payment... of nothing. (Photo attached)

Even weeks later, we kept receiving emails reminder of money to pay— as if our file was still active, despite the fact we had officially withdrawn.

This experience showed a complete lack of professionalism, transparency, and even basic communication.

If you’re considering this firm — think twice. We deeply regret putting our trust (and our money) in their hands.
