Original solicitor from Sparke was absolutely fantastic. Unfortunately half way through our property settlement he retired. The team that took over were awful. Zero communication, i had to constantly chase them, they finalised our settlement and didn’t update us then they allowed the vendors solicitor to overcharge us. We’re now trying to get the overcharged funds back. Absolutely do not recommend sparke helmore.
