After many excuses to why the appointment got pushed back after two days of the original date, there was no communication for organising another appointment with times. Finally after getting one locked in, then there was no emails sent through to me to sign documents for the refund approval. After many call backs made about not receiving an email, it finally got sent through at the end of the day and of course the fee was higher than last years after them stating it would be the same fee again. Waste of time and money. Will not be using them again.

Should have changed along time ago, very much useless if you ever want to get in contact with them. Taken almost a whole Tax Year just to get in contact with them and to change accountants was near on impossible as Findex didn't want to give out information to new accountant. They are happy to take your money but go missing when you need them! There was no option to give zero stars.

Paid $50 more for same day refund and didn't get it for 2 days.
They guaranteed it.....never use them again, after 15 years. They cost me $3,500 because of their delay and they didn't care.
