We have used Jake three times. The first was when we were in dispute with our builder in regards to numerous issues such as not completing the build on time and going hundreds, yes hundreds of days past the contract date, being charged for changes that we had not signed off on, and a final bill that was thousands of dollars over the expected amount. With Jake's help these issues were all rectified.
We have also used Jake to prepare our wills and he is now preparing the contract for sale of our previous home. I would 100% recommend Jake for any legal issues you have.
