I attended this Newsagent/ Post Office on Thursday afternoon to collect a parcel that wasn't delivered to my address, which incidentally, I paid to have delivered to my home address to begin with. With that I had to drive to the Post Office which is supposed to close at 530pm. When I arrived at 525pm, they were closing! When I asked the employee what time do they close they said 530. I said well its not 530 yet. They just laughed and ignored me. I admit to cutting it close, but how about serving your local community in a more professional manner and making an effort to look after your locals by working the hours you are paid to work!

My favourite Post Office in the whole Australia 😊😊😊 Bruce, Lucy and all of the other staff members are beyond lovely, helpful and polite. They should be a reference to all of the other Posts to follow.

At Medowie post today, and a few days prior, each time served by a young Asian gentleman.
I was worried and confused in returning a phone to optus, he completed the post for me.

I 100% recommend people to do business with this post office over many others.

I sent a parcel with my cousin's nickname on it. Medowie PO phoned me to check the name & were absolutely friendly, courteous and helpful. Wouldn't happen down here in Epping Victoria. Medowie staff should run courses for Australia Post.
