I recently worked with Nirvana Estate Agent and, unfortunately, had a very unpleasant experience due to the behavior of their property manager. While the agency itself seemed professional at first, the property manager I interacted with was consistently rude, unhelpful, and unprofessional in our communications.

There were multiple instances where I felt my concerns were dismissed, and I was met with a lack of respect and courtesy. In a business where clear and positive communication is key, this was very disappointing.

I would encourage Nirvana Estate Agent to address the customer service skills of their property managers to ensure a more positive experience for future clients. I believe with better communication and professionalism, they could provide a much better service.

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this agency based on my experience.

Please do not distort the sequence of events to cover up the mistakes of your team. Initially, we were informed by your property agent that the landlord would be responsible for the water bill before we moved in. For over six months, we didn’t receive a water bill, and then suddenly, we received a $10 invoice. Your property manager, unfortunately, did not communicate effectively or send the invoice in a timely manner, which is why we were unable to settle it earlier. I can share the full email thread in the reviews to illustrate the poor customer service we’ve experienced.

I have not answered your calls over the past few days because I chose not to delete my reviews, which you’ve repeatedly asked me to do, in an attempt to cover up your team's shortcomings. Now, by reversing the events, you are only showing how unprofessional and misleading your service has been.

Recently I have moved my property for rental management to Nirvana Real Estate. I am pleasantly surprised with their proactive work, quickly finding the tenants, that to excellent higher rents and also special 3 months no management fees. I was frustrated with earlier agents for their monthly reconciliation and chasing the fund transfer, while Nirvana is crediting the funds on a weekly basis. Compared to earlier 4 different Real estate agents, Nirvana is very different, and exceeding the customer satisfaction. Based on this delightful experience, I have no hesitation in recommending Nirvana to other potential clients.

Have Great Experience with Satya. Buying a house would be easy and valuable process with him, however Satya made it effortless. I strongly recommend Nirvana Estate agents for buying or selling property's and buying an investment property. They gave us all the information about property market trends across all states in Australia and the best places to invest in the current situation. I personally was so impressed with Yatin's presentation on Brisbane property market which allowed us buy an investment property in Brisbane.
