David is a lawyer who is very professional, 1 year ago I had a commercial dispute with one of my customers and I needed a lawyer, one of my friends recommend David so I gave him a call and explained my situation, He was very understanding and briefly analyse my problems and told me how he would handle it. Exceptionally incompetent, unprofessional, ignorant of common relevant authorities and lacking in all manners, communication skills and ability to find any staff to work with him, that the Asian lawyer with very poor grasp of English and how to conduct himself as a lawyer, picks up the phone himself, and asks the client to find a barrister for him. Find a respectable lawyer with professional staff who uses respectable barristers, and not the C grade barristers that this D grade lawyer with no staff at all who picks up the phone himself uses. I am so concerned about his exceptional incompetence, and lack of manners and communication skills, that I will report him to the legal services Commission, as so far behind every other lawyer in Sydney, that he needs to be placed under supervision, or suspended from practice until he is trained how to conduct himself.
