Kelly went above and beyond to sell our investment property, our first buyer pulled out at the last minute and Kelly had organised an open house for the very next day which brought about six very interested parties ,we disgust all these with Kelly and we both agreed on our final choice . Kelly was the listing agent for my property in Wyee. Throughout the listing process and during the open houses, communication was excellent. I received regular updates via text, email, and reports, which kept me informed every step of the way.

Unfortunately when the property was sold, the communication drastically declined. The only updates I received were related to the lawn needing to being mowed for the new owner or a few items left at the property needing to be removed in preparation for settlement. After the sale, most of my calls went unanswered, and my texts were met with responses like, "I'm out of coverage, I'll get back to you," but I never received follow-up replies.

After several days of frustration and waiting for answers, I called the office and spoke to Tracey who was very helpful she explained Kelly was on annual leave and apologized for the lack of communication.

While I understand and respect the need for personal time off, I feel that had this been communicated to me in advance or pointed in an I ther direction to get answers to my questions, I wouldn't have been left feeling frustrated or as if I were an afterthought now that the sale is complete and the commission has been earned.
There was no phone call to say the keys I express posyed had arrived in time for settlement, nothing stating settlement had been successful nor no phone call to say thankyou for allowing me to sell your house - Nothing. I had to still follow up on the breakdown of released funds from deposit and at this stage I got a text saying funds are in account and goodluck.
Given this experience, I don't think I would use this office again to sell any of my properties, as the standard of service provided—especially in after-sales support—has been below my expectations.

Had a Tennant who had fallen behind in rent , I had to chase down Kelly to find out what was happening
A year later Tennant was still behind , I was told by Kelly that they had a plan to catch up So after another year finally gave Tennant notice .
They found a place quite quickly which surprised me as they was still behind in the rent .
Then I find out it is through the same agency who was supposed to be working for me !!
4 year old carpet ruined, place left a mess and after collecting overdue rent none left.
If your a landlord, DO NOT USE george brand wyee .
They will collect your money and do nothing for you
