Avoid this company at all costs. I hired them to ship a suitcase from Perth (Australia) to Mendoza (Argentina), and it has turned into an absolute nightmare.

The suitcase was held up by Argentine customs — something that, as I later found out, is a common and foreseeable issue with these types of shipments. Yet the company never warned me about this possibility, nor about the potential extra costs, nor the fact that customs might require in-person clearance in another country.

I am currently travelling in Europe, and now customs authorities are demanding that I go personally to Buenos Aires to retrieve my luggage — which is completely unrealistic. This situation has caused me unexpected stress, serious expenses, and total disruption to my plans.

I’ve contacted the company multiple times over the past month, and all I’ve received are vague replies saying my complaint is being “passed on.” No accountability, no solution.

Because of their negligence and lack of transparency, I’ve now had to escalate the matter legally through WA Consumer Protection and the Small Claims Tribunal of Western Australia.

This company clearly does not understand international logistics, nor does it care about its customers.
I strongly advise you: do not trust them with your belongings.

1IMS521 - please drive more carefully, you’re putting other people’s lives at risk. Cut across three lanes of traffic in one motion then weaving back and forth in peak hour to tailgate every other car in front….Surely no delivery is worth causing an accident for.

Quick and easy. Quoted much lower over the phone than others for my electric bicycle battery and kept to the quote when I showed up, so no surprises. Happy.

Don't bother trying to pick up a parcel on Saturday as they are closed even though it's says they are open and the page was edited only two weeks ago, a lot of time wasted getting there, you need to update your opening times online so people don't waste time.
I can only collect my parcel on Saturdays and they are not open.

Due to virus fears the cruise line tossed all passengers off the ship in Australia and sent them to their home countries. We had a lot of luggage and could not fly it to New York City. I was able to find and reach out to PACK&SEND where Ray Wilson set up every part of the shipping process for us. When we were notified to its arrival we found our luggage pallet intact and our luggage in its original condition. Shipping does take some time so we learned to be more patient. I do highly recommend PACK & SEND of east Perth for all of your shipping needs. A top notch business by anyone's standard. PACK & SEND of east Perth deserves your patronage. I left three dresses at my last hotel. Pack & Send Perth were very efficient in sorting out the right method of posting especially as I was on the move again to another hotel.
I received my parcel at the right hotel on the day they said it would arrive. I cannot fault them.
