Don't come here unless you wanna wait 3 hours to see a dr despite having an appointment, wanna argue with the dr to get further investigative tests or wanna be consistently prescribed tablets that don't work again despite going in with evidence of the prescribed treatment not working. Dr beman is rude and useless.

I visited here and saw a Dr Ghali . He was very good, well he thought so at least. I was quiet as impressed given his diagnosis was based on his, repeat, his belief that I had either been rolling around in a Hay Shed or dealing with horses. He concluded I had scabies and that was his diagnosis.... end of story. I would have thought that having personally had scabies and treatment on 3 previous occasions from a career in nursing added to the fact I don't like horses and whilst a good old romp in the hay could have been a load of fun but hadn't had one just may have provided a clue it seemed to add to his conviction in misdiagnos. So, I waited until he climbed back on to his pedestal of superiority and wrote a script that even the local chemist thought rather odd. I took the scrip to the nearest bin. I followed up the next day by Contacting Tracy supposedly a practice manager (I they must have meant "Practising" Manager who took my ccli with promises of follow up and providing a response accordingly. No response (in time I would learn that she did the follow ups and responses by Telepathy and using Psychic Powers), From my personal experiences of this surgery I tend to perform my own misdiagnosis in the comfort of my own home while watching cartoons and consulting strangers on social media along with closing both eyes and downing a bottle of scotch. Its quicker cheaper and for more reliable, I don't think I'll be back. Its not all bad, there is the Secretary , Mel, that holds the place together who is always pleasant helpful and reliable.

Dr Amir and Dr Ghaly are kind, compassionate, knowledgeable. They take the time required with each patient so yes, they generally run late. Just call first to get an estimated time when you should come in, and relax with a book knowing that when your turn comes, you will not be shuffled out the door before you have had your diagnosis, a plan going forward and all your questions answered.

Saw One of the newer doctors today. Could not fault him. He was pleasant and professional. He Listened to what I needed to say, examined me and explained what I had and what medication he was prescribing for me. Very happy and the girl on reception was also very efficient.

I couldn’t recommend Dr Amir higher, the care and attention he gives is next to none!! You will wait to see him but I promise it’s worth it.

I've had cysts cut out here and grew to love the practice but a bit over 2 years ago i went there to have an ultrasound to locate the source of a pain i had in my lower right abdomen. They found kidney stones and prescribed me endone and in the follow up appointment, they didn't even try to enquire how i was going and just accused me of drug seeking because these stones apparently should've passed. They made a show of me in a room full of people. 1 year later i finally got into a specialist i was referred to from elsewhere and found out that i had a distended bladder and was suffering excruciating pain because of that the whole time. He found me a livable solution within days, without pain medication! Instead of being treated at first here i was prescribed the wrong medication and then called drug seeking for returning. How absurd.

I've been worried about going to the doctors for years after that and i recently had a few more cysts appear. They leave me on hold for 10 minutes and then they make a "mandatory" phone appointment for 6 days later at mid-day. That was today and no call so i called them and was told the doctor was busy in a condescending tone. And that i would receive a call inevitably this afternoon no matter what. I write this now after waiting with my phone all day while i worked. Uncomfortable cysts next to my eye and on my cheek.

I've seen some incredible levels of malpractice but to see the same clinic still operating with such a disregard for their patients is actually impressive. I would've gone to the hospital if i knew. Guess i gotta make another phone appointment to explain my situation for the 3rd time in hopes they'll make another appointment for me within the next month?

An absolute joke. I understand that there is a shortage of Doctors on the coast and they're extremely busy, but surely you can manage your time better! At the last 3 appointments I waited for nearly 2 hours. This morning I rang up twice to check how far behind the Dr was running and on the second call was told to come in, only to wait for another hour and half and there were still 4 patients in front of me! I ended up leaving without seeing the doctor due to another appointment.

Just moved to the area and stumbled upon this fantastic doctor's office. The front desk crew was super welcoming—shoutout to the friendly ladies there! The doctors really know their stuff, taking time to go over everything clearly.

And Nick - Total legend! Definitely a solid 5/5 experience. If you need a reliable and caring medical team, this is your spot. Highly recommend!
