Written communication was really poor over the 2+ years waiting on title, with questions not addressed, and left us feeling that there was a conflict of interest with the Vendor.
Found out our transaction was very very expensive and again, felt like Gina wasn’t working for US. Had to pay thousands extra than we should have, and she never disclosed these extra costs. Nor did we know about all the building restrictions added to the property until a few weeks before settlement.
Pleasant face to face, but overall Very disappointing and unprofessional.

Worst law firm on the north coast. Instead of providing a defence they worked with the prosecution to try to get a conviction. Unprofessional, untrustworthy and should be disbarred. Avoid at all cost.

Shelley Watts OLY...failed to apply for property recovery order. Had to apply myself...prosecution gave incomplete brief of evidence which would have resulted in case dismissal but she asked prosecution to supply more evidence. When does defence ever ask for more evidence Raised issues of no confidence with Tony Cox. Thankfully applied for change of legal aid to more competent legal representation which was granted.
