Not a pleasant customer service experience with the ENGLISH LADY over the phone being rude, It felt like she didn’t want to be at work, which made the interaction very frustrating.

English lady with the short dark hair and glasses is extremely rude. Looked at me like I was a criminal collecting my mail. It has my name on the mail, I wouldn't be dumb enough to pretend to be someone else. When online ordering is has the option of using an alternative address if you won't be home to collect. Use your brains lady.

I was a happy customer
Until optus sent the wrong product to me
Optus told me to return to sender
The post office wanted to charge me to return the item
I said no im not paying to return the item
This was not my mistake !!
Now they stare at me like im a trouble maker
