Since moving to the coast, Woy Woy CBA branch has been exceptional. They have been caring and committed to all my queries and request despite being busy for its size.

A special mention to Merilyn for her transparency, consistency & service every time we meet, going above and beyond to ensure my request are completed also to mention Angela accommodating & setting my appointments. Lastly, Having a leader as Nicole lead the branch reflects on the teams work which is worth mentioning aside from her friendly, welcoming nature.

The ladies that work here are horrible to interact with, they are clearly overworked and understaffed and take their frustrations out on vulnerable customers. The other day while I was waiting in line, I seen both of the staff deny 3 different elderly people their simple banking requests cos there was a line and they couldn’t be bothered helping them!

These are elderly people that require a little extra time, patience, and kindnesses from staff to solve their problems… not to be turned away to the door cos the staff here view them as a “inconvenience” 🙁

Normally do my banking online but went to this branch for the first time in 10 years, and after lining up for 20 mins, tried to complete a simple transaction. The teller refused telling me to complete it online or at the ATM and was very rude (It would have taken her about 1 min to do). They are happy to take constant fee's but not provide face to face simple banking services that were previously provided.

Just saw Donna after being given wrong information by teller at Erina branch and wasting an hour on the call centre.
Reception was quick and efficient and Donna carried out my travel money request without a hitch.
