Recent remediation settlement due to mistakes made re admin fees by one of the big 4 over 5 years, sixteen years ago resulted in "payment in full." This was made possible because of the resilience, guidance and knowledge provided by Mr Joe Tonkin at Highfields Accounting. He successfully negotiated with the ATO and then the bank in question to arrive at a better than expected outcome.
