I did my tax returns with Jacqueline from H&R Block. Her level of knowledge and attention to detail is exceptional. She explained all the taxes to me in a way I could understand and helped me get the most out of my tax return, and also got me back an extra $600 from last years tax return that I originally had done somewhere else. She has a great attitude and it looks like she loves her job and she’s genuinely happy to be there. Plus the receptionist and manager were lovely too! Never thought I would say I enjoyed doing my taxes, last place I went to I didn’t get so much as a hello. Amazing thanks Jacqueline and Team!

Im a first time client with H&R Block Logan - I was nervous going in not knowing what to expect after doing my own tax for the last few years however
I had the privilege of having Kay.K look after me today - not only did Kay maintain high professionalism in explaining different aspects to me but also created a safe, relaxed and comfortable environment.

The ato website said I was going to owe $6800 so I decided to go to a professional. Jacqueline from H&R Block did my tax return and went through all the details with me of everything I could claim and can’t claim and I ended up getting a $7000 refund instead. I needed an accountant closer to the new house I live in and was directed to H&R Block by my partner. What can I say other then I’m beyond impressed and super happy with the service I was given.

Jacqueline not only got me back everything I could claim for this financial year (as well as offering methods that would help me next financial year to claim even more), she even reviewed my return lodged last year by my previous accountant and found an error in the reporting that earned me another $1600! It couldn’t have come at a better time honestly.
