A great service. Easy to gather information about the service and promptly booked appointments even being a busy time of the year (Christmas).
Alex was easy to communicate with and very helpful organising intake and follow up appointments and keeping in touch for said appointments.
Melinda was incredibly helpful and a great neutral party, maintaining communication child focused and on topic.
Would easily reach out for their services if ever needed again. Well worth the money.

You suggested we would only need 1 hour, you spent far more time explaining how things worked than actually meditating, as they should be aware of this, their bookings should have been at least 2hrs to allow enough time to actually get into the meditation side of things, as you told me that our case would only need one hour I took your professional advice, had I been aware you would spend so much time explaining your role I would have definitely opted for 2hrs.

I was referred through our company's EAP service. I had a phone appointment with Melinda within 24 hours. She was fantastic and so incredibly supportive. Melinda than referred me to Alex as I needed advice in a specific area. Alex was just as wonderful. From the time I first made contact with the office, Alex could not have been more helpful. Information was provided quickly and when it was necessary to change appointments at short notice, this was also easily sorted and with understanding. Not that I want to have to use this type of service again but if I do need to, I would definitely go back to Alex.

I felt this was a waste of money.
I didn’t see any effort put into the mediation on Melinda’s behalf. It’s all just a formality to precede court.

Melinda just relays what you already know the other party wants and makes no effort to negotiate a compromise or middle ground.

She will just say you need to research and seek legal advice and that it looks like you can’t agree and it’s going to go to court.
Dissapointing for $650

I was very dissapointed by the way this mediation was handled. Mediation should be a helpful service for the money you have to pay. More effort needs to be put into helping each party come to an agreement

Alex was lovely. As for Melinda. There is no impartiality. She picks a side and the other person becomes the target. She is judgemental and cant tell the truth from lies. She also uses personal opinions and arrogance in her discussions. And has zero empathy for anyones situation. Its just
a job to her. Absolute waste of time going to a counsellor and leaving feeling worse than when your walked in. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.
