These people helped us buy a home remotely. They were efficient and shuffling paper but added very little other value. For example, they performed council searches but little more than handing them over to us. The home has construction not in plan / DA, but they picked up NOTHING. Additionally, when contacted for help on this and issues of inspection not reflecting what we found when we arrived at the place, their answer was "buyer beware". Do not use if you want peace of mind.
