Not impressed with this Accounting business. I first went in over 6 months ago needing a Accountant to assist me with paying tax under a ACN. I was told yes they were able to assist and to come again and review when BAS statement is due. I went again and a different accountant was there, original one was on holiday. I asked again regarding paying tax. Oh you will receive details by email after Bas is done. Months later no information and My next quarterly Bas is due. I ask again about paying my tax. They send me an invoice for Bas Statement and their Accounting fee. Still no answer to my question on paying tax under ACN. I emailed again asking how to pay my tax. Today I received sorry for late reply and to pay invoice, the invoice was for my Bas Statement that I had already paid.
This has been a waste of time. They should not have said yes initially if they were not capable from the first meeting. Zero stars for the lack of inability to answer correctly. Too me this is dishonest.

Ram has provided the most insightful and assistive taxation advice I've ever had. 5 stars isn't enough. I went in feeling "here we go, another year of tax" left elated and full of information about how to make improvements to my financials over the coming year. Ram walked me through my inquiries, so I actually understood the answers to my questions. And $99 tax return fee, what a bargain!
