If I could give zero stars I would! We were desperately looking for a property as our rental was sold under us and we needed a place before the end of July, we applied for a property on the 2nd of July and were told our application was with the owner, very hopefully we waited but never got a response, so after a week I rang to ask if I could speak to Phillipa (Pippy) but she was unavailable but the reception said they'd leave a message. Days later still nothing, I tried again, this went on for days, same answer, I tried ringing then they stopped answering, like they ghosted me, I left messages directly to her mobile, still nothing, weeks later, we eventually stopped caring about the place and put in other applications with different real estates. Coronis do not care about their clients and have zero communication and professionalism! Cannot believe they are still in business! Oh and I withdrew my application today Friday the 25th July and got an auto reply email saying she'll be back in the office on Thursday the 24th July to get back to me! Extremely disappointing experience with Coronis and Pippy and the ghosting receptionist!!!

Debi fantastic to deal with, called back within 10 minutes when unable to answer call, wanted to make purchase and quick and easy as possible and made it clear to call even if the question seemed trivial, highly recommend Debi. Want to move in earlier than the lease that's currently on the property, Debi has been fantastic trying to help but called 13 days ago and property manager told me I'd be called back on Monday morning but going into 10 days later still no response from pippy.
