The one star reviews are justified. A complete waste of my time to attend an appointment with an “accountant” that didn’t want to perform the service I was paying for.

I spent time prior to the appointment making sure I had everything in a draft email to send in when I arrived. As I sat down, rather than look at my payg summary and crypto transactions, to see that I had organised them in a spreadsheet easily, it was like it was an inconvenience for the “accountant” to “account”.

Rude, abrasive and totally unprofessional. Never using H&R block again

0/5 would recommend these rude and lazy people. Return not lodged for over a week after appointment, spoken to like an eshay, fed excuses about being busy - all after being double booked by hq in a different state. Sorry to say I won't ever use hr block again.

Taxes were incomplete. Stretched out over 3 weeks. My 15 YO niece did a more accurate account of the return in one afternoon. The apparent leader of the crew named Julie is full of what most people deem excuses instead of action. This business has taken a dive in the past 2 or so years. What a shame. I was their customer for at least 8 years prior but no more. I'd give it a no stars but there's no option for that.
