We are very happy with the service we received from Shoalhaven Hot Water & Heating. Our new solar hot water system was installed quickly and efficiently and the old system and all packing etc were removed. The installers were friendly and competent, answering all questions readily and making sure we were satisfied with their work. A very pleasant experience.

So very very happy with our new hot water system! Your transparency about our system being damaged, then arranging a replacement was stress free. Kristen was a rock star in making sure she booked our installation on a day I was home, and Glen and his offsider were in and out in 3 hours. This is the best hot water system I’ve ever owned, I wish we had gotten it sooner!
