14/7/2025 We had a wonderful experience at Cupitt’s Estate! The food was absolutely delicious—every dish we tried was full of flavor and beautifully presented. We especially enjoyed the in-dining menu, which really impressed us.

The wine flights were a great way to sample a variety of their excellent wines. We loved them so much, we ended up taking home 12 bottles! The atmosphere is perfect for a family gathering—spacious, relaxed, and welcoming. The wine garden was a hit with the kids, who had a great time running around in the open space.

We stayed in one of their villas, which was spotlessly clean, warm, and very comfortable. The heating made our winter stay extra cozy. A special bonus was meeting their friendly dog, Regie, who made us feel even more at home.

Overall, Cupitt’s Estate is a beautiful spot with fantastic food, wine, and hospitality. If we plan another trip to Australia, we would definitely love to return and stay here again. Highly recommended for families, couples, or anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

Cheers from Malaysia!

We had a lovely stay here at Cupitt's a couple of weeks back. The accommodation exceeded my expectations - quiet, light, plenty of space and everything was beautifully appointed and clean. I wanted to move in! The breakfast was enough to last us a few days too. Check in was easy and the reception staff are super friendly and helpful.
The restaurant is the best in the area in my opinion, even if you aren't staying on site, I highly recommend a meal there.
Don't miss the cellar door either!
All round excellent getaway spot, close enough to town for convenience, far away enough to get some peace and relaxation. Perfect!

Cupitt Estate is so beautiful and makes you feel so relaxed and happy being there in the nature.
The hospitality we received was exceptional and everyone was warm and welcoming.
The pod is very clean which is very important when staying in a luxury place and the it is definitely luxurious and compact.
The food in the restaurant was excellent and hats off to the chef as I would give the food 5 stars .The warm and wonderful hospitality we received from the beautiful waitress made our evening.
Few things: It would be good to have few books and magazines in the pod instead of one travel magazine. Also, would be nice to have few pastries, muffins etc along with the bread for breakfast. I personally found the mattress firm and uncomfortable but my husband really liked it so it is a personal choice.

I would definitely recommend booking going there.

Cupitt's Estate is beautiful. The accommodations are outstanding, the cabin was lovely, we watched the stars on the balcony and it was beautiful. Lunch in the beer garden so much fun. Really good cocktails. The wine cellar tasting was also fun and friendly.
Dinner in the restaurant however was terribly disappointing. The food was really poor and the service was not good. It is a pity because everything else was really really good.

We had a lovely night away at Cupitt’s Estate. The grounds are beautiful, the food (lunch at the dining room and breakfast hamper) was absolutely delicious, staff friendly and welcoming and the cabins are perfect with everything you need. A great winter escape. Even on a freezing day the balcony bathtub was a cosy spot to unwind with a book and a cuppa and Milton is just a few minutes away for a mid-week dinner. Highly recommend.

Arriving late June for a couple of nights the Winter Package was definitely value for money. From the complimentary in room breakfast pack, two course dinner meal and free wine tasting at the cellar door, these only added value to the amazing accommodation and service. Sunday afternoon music session on the grass, locally brewed beers and outstanding selection of wines to match the quality food. And to wrap it all up, a hot soak on the balcony bath. Magic!

Stayed recently at Cupitt's overnight as part of a package, the whole experience from check in to wine tasting, the dinner and detail to attention with the accommodation was first rate, lovely lady at check in made us feel welcome the moment we stepped foot on the property, the wine tasting was good and the staff member doing it was very knowledgeable and made it a very relaxed and fun tasting and then the dinner where the food and staff and service was first rate. The accommodation was well thought out and comfortable and the breakfast basket was a nice start to the next morning. All in all i could not fault the stay at all and look forward to staying again one day.

This restaurant is the epitome of all talk, no walk. We arrived in a spacious winery and were pleased to be offered complimentary bread upon ordering. However this was just a teaser, as it only arrived after our starters—AND it wasn’t even warm, bewildering!

As for the food, the starters were pretty mid. The flavours were off in both dishes: the quail was too sweet, while the mushroom tart was way too salty. The mains were decent, sitting around a fair 7/10 for everyone at the table. Desserts were the highlight—both the tiramisu and the tart were nice and helped redeem the meal.

Service was where things really started to unravel. The waitstaff seemed to disappear into the winery half the time where they were out of sight. At one point, they mistakenly took away my dad’s cutlery after the starters, and I had to fill in as a waiter myself to grab him cutlery once the main course had arrived. This was because they had scurried off after presenting our food and could not be seen from our table.

To top it all off, they tried to charge us $14.50 for a ginger beer that was clearly listed as $5 on the menu. Thankfully, we caught their cheeky plan, which they tried to excuse with a pitch that the ginger beer I ordered was alcoholic. Must respect their craft, as the extra $9.50 charged could easily work if one doesn’t read through the receipt!

Sooo... if you’re in the mood for a long, expensive dinner with poor service, decent food and an over-charged bill, this place might be right up your alley
