Came here to celebrate my husbands birthday and it was very lovely. We left very full. We orders oysters, tuna is passionfruit marinade, sashimi, scallops, shellfish soup and fish with rice. All very good and very understated which highlights how good the produce was. Highly recommend the shellfish soup! Staff were nice but kept forgetting to serve us and we had to call for them a few times (only to be acknowledged then forgotten). Overall still a lovely time.

An amazing day. Went way above my expectations. From when you arrived and greeted then taken to your table, I knew it was good. However the food took it to the next level. And staff just perfectly timed conversation and service. Happily recommend.

Our dining experience was good. The service was really good. Thanks to Diasy who looked after us tonight. It was a real treat for me from hubby for my birthday
Fine dining restaurants should acknowledge special occasions and offer at least free drinks to make their guests feel special. Food was fantastic, very feeling. The only complaint I had was variety and price. We pay same amount to some fine dining in Sydney city.

We loved every second of time , every piece of food ,and every bit of ambience to the restaurant and resort. Daisy our waitress added to our whole experience and was just a delight.The night finished in amazing style with a night cap at the pool bar. Although we found the toilet in the shower a bit weird to us, but we got used to it. Thankyou for not letting one of our bucket list experiences be a disappointment.

We tried the restaurant during our stay at Bannisters by the sea. The food was good, however the Risotto (which I forgot to take a photo of) was a bit underwhelming. Spectacular view but you can’t book your preferred table. They offer first come first serve so you might want to come early to get a window or outdoor table to enjoy the view. Friendly staff. Overall a good experience.

A fantastic restaurant for seafood lovers. The steamed warm shell fish as seen in the pics was divine. The perfectly cooked fish with curry was a highlight so much so that I was too eager to dig in and I forgot to take a photo of the dish.

Close to being one of the best five star dining experiences of my 2024. The food was exquisite and wonderfully presented. The waiter was polite, friendly and cautious. It’s very hard to find these kind of old school service people who understand and are masters of their trade. The ambiance could have been lifted by better music selection and sun visors on the western glass as the sun almost blind my other guests facing the sun set. I highly recommend that you try this place. You won’t be disappointed.

We have already told everyone we speak to how good was our first visit to Rick Stein at Bannisters Mollymook. Stupendous seafood, stunning surrounds, superb service and a culinary event worth waiting for! After travelling Australia for 11 months this was far and away the best restaurant dining experience we have enjoyed.
