My time spent with Rosemary has been invaluable in providing me with the information and tools l need, as l provide support for my nephew. Rosemary is a wonderful listener, she is compassionate and she has a wealth of knowledge and experience with regard to addiction, and associated behaviour. She truly cares for those struggling with addiction, and their family members. I'm so grateful for the knowledge, support and guidance she has given me.

At long last! Someone who has walked the walk and speaks from lived experience! This is not another unhelpful voice saying "There is nothing you can do to help". There is PLENTY you can do, but first you must help yourself to be well. Give Rosemary the chance to help you see a way that genuinely works for all. I can not recommend Rosemary's courses highly enough!

Rosemary's work with our family has given us hope for a better future. She has helped restore calm to what could only be considered chaos. I found Rosemary via a radio advertisement for her site Help for You. Rosemary's been very intuitive, knowledgable and professional in all the sessions I have had with her to date. I found Rosemary to be non judgemental and committed to help me. She has assisted and taught me new ways to cope to stop binge drinking and to stop having "the bottle" rule my life.... Thanks so much for all your help 🙂 I can now say NO to any alcoholic drink in any environment!!! Thanks Rosemary!!!
