I used Jones Financial Group to provide better options/rates for my home loans. Had been with a big bank for far too long and needed to understand the loan market better. This is where Craig came in, he has amazing experience in the industry, gets to understand you and your needs and searches the market on your behalf for far more competitive rates. I simply did not have the time to do the research Craig does for you. Ultimately, he helped find a far better rate reducing my interest payments significantly each month. We even had some glitches along the way but Craig dealt with all those his end ensuring it was a very easy and smooth process.
Furthermore 18 months later I had an issue with the bank which was nothing to do with Craig or his services, however knowing Craig had many contacts, a quick email to Craig who subsequently raised the issue with the bank hierarchy on my behalf, a potentially very significant issue was solved in a matter of a day or 2 for me - he definitely went above and beyond.
It's a husband-and-wife team - Craig and Laura are very down to Earth and very professional and just in general lovely people to deal with. Highly recommend them.
