I had to have a blood test a few weeks ago. When I say the nurses here were so beautiful ( they could see I was nervous) and they were just the kindest souls. One even did a little dance for me to make me laugh. I said I'm never going anywhere else for my bloods to be taken.

The nurses working this morning are doing a incredible job while under a lot of pressure from patients complaining about there wait time and want to jumb the line.
It was a busy day with no chairs left inside due to covid restrictions, i understood the long wait why can't others.
Well done team and thank you for the job you do.

Around lunch time a lovely older lady walked in holding her arm with blood streaming out of a spot where blood had been taken some time beforehand. Another lady and i got some tissues and told her to hold her arm up. She was very pale. One of the staff who was obviously going on a break said she would be seen soon. Really that was disgraceful I realise people need a break but human compassion would be to help but no she walked out the door. Then after quite awhile another staff member proceeded to call another person in. The lady who was called in said no please see to the lady who was still bleeding. The lady went in and was attended to. The staff member who left without helping at all came back with a bag of things from Woolworths and chewing something in her mouth. I have to say I was appalled that I had to witness this lack of concern or help for an elderly member of our community. And also someone needs to address the cleaning issues there was dust all over the sign on the desk.

Everyone has difficulty getting blood from my veins, but not the tiny lady at this pathology. Best I've ever had for taking blood samples. 💯

Rudest service I've ever had there before.
Also very inconvenient not having a front desk anymore and just standing around clueless until someone eventually leaves a room to tell you what to do.
