UPDATE: Optus are doing a full investigation, to prevent future
spam calling and harassment from this agency – They also cleared an old account i was not even aware of, and I agreed not to pursue further action with the ACCC with my collection of logged phone records showing they use multiple phone numbers, calling multiple times a day & often just hanging up.. all coming from this one company.

Wildly unprofessional, they have never made a formal address via email or letter to me identifying themselves. Instead
They keep calling 5 times a day using endless numbers.
harassing and intimidating,
I still have no idea why they are calling, but all their numbers are marked as scam or fraudulent, and I will not provide personal details to a number marked as fraud, so I just avoid answering them. I advise anyone having the same issue to contact the ACCC, if this goes to court i will subpoena the phone records and update it here

I’ll dealt with a lovely lady called Jo and all so Haley, I’m disabled and and can’t work since recently and they worked with me so well. Not like other companies would have, they fully understood my position and listened to my like a real person not a a number. They went above and beyond to help me find a reasonable way to pay can’t say enough good things about these two staff members. If your having trouble just asked for them, god bless

First of all, there phone number listed on google is not there number, its Vodafone's number, and i thought maybe they were connected so i stayed on the line but the person that answered had no idea what i was talking about and why there number was listed here. ive also tried calling the number on there website which never rings through. the email also listed on there website wont allow me to send anything to, ive send multple contact forms through and no response. extremely unprofessional, literally no way to contact them

Scam. I don't owe anything as I use a prepaid phone. Nearly got me sucked in. I have serious health issues and definitely didn't need this stress. Glad I read these reviews.

This guy doesn’t know anything about they’re look more scammer I got 2 emails one about Optus and another one about dodo company I called to dodo they’re no any balance on my account and said maybe scammer and forwarded that email to dodo and I will fallow up they’re giving me stress

Unethical Behavior Beware

Received a letter from Commercial Credit Control Pty Ltd I personally have a credit default notice.

Claiming I have a debt with Vodafone for $2,371.88. I have never been a Vodafone customer in my life or ever applied for Vodafone plan.

They have also threatened to take legal action against me and list a credit default against my name.

Upon request would not provide any evidence that, I made any application or have a valid contract with Vodafone.

I went online to search the company and noticed on Goolge Reviews they have conducted this poor behaviour with many other people.

Beware they will log a default with credit agencies and you only become aware of it when you intend to make application for loans.

As for the office staff at 3 of your Vodafone offices had been rude and impolite giving me information that they could not cancel my number with the organisation, Vodafone needs to bring training, customer service up to a standard we all expect living in a caring and polite way that is expected in Australia.
Good luck with trying to educate your staff in Macquarie Centre and Chatswood NSW.

The 4 stars are for past experiences, but today I spoke to Jo, and she definitely gets 5 stars, she could not have made things any easier. Not to mention her friendly manner.
