I've known Tony and Jane for a while now, they are lovely people and have a great understanding of human nature! They're great listeners. Tony himself has been through alot in life and it shows! he understands your problems, stresses, issues and is just a great bloke to talk too! he is more than qualified to
create a specialised treatment for you, lads especially, in my experience we don't talk enough! He will understand you and as i have learnt first hand he will have some in-depth and positive feed back for you ,Tony is an absolute legend and is worth his weight in gold 👍

Hypnotherapy worked well for me. So much better than I thought it would be. I received a copy of the Hypnotherapy recording after each session that I could take home to keep and practice as often as I liked.
I had social anxiety and had been too scared to talk to or meet new people. After a couple of sessions I have reduced my anxiety massively and have more confidence to go out on my own.

These guys were awesome.

I hadn’t been to Hypnotherapy before and had no idea how it worked.

I have social anxiety and didn’t know if it would work for me but Tony explained everything, so I had a good understanding of what was going on.

He asked me to describe the problem in a few words and then describe how I would be after it worked.

He used my words when he Hypnotised me and relaxing music played in the background . It all seemed so simple.

It took a couple of sessions and I now feel so much better with my renewed confidence.

Tony gave me a Hypnotherapy recording to take home which I listen to each night, and it also helps me to relax and go to sleep easily.

The sessions worked so well I will be going back again in a couple of weeks to get some help with something else.
