Been going here for years every once and a while. If I could remember the owners that would be good but he his a great guy always friendly and greets me. He deserves a pay rise because of his customer service.

Picked up a parcel, the whole place was covered in dust not a little but a lot! , this is a newsagency/ jean store/ vase shop/ parcel pick up its really confusing and very dirty. I gave the man working my ID so he could find my parcel and then someone came in to buy the paper so he served him first. I dislike when you are serving a client and you stop to assist someone else, does not show you care much about the first person. I will put in a complaint to the parcel company not to send my parcels there anymore i wont be going.

I had a purchase from eBay sent to this news agency in a letter for me to collect. For 2 weeks they held onto it without notifying me. My name and contact number was on the front. I called asking for it twice. When they finally found it, I came to store and found my letter was OPENED! The guy apologised saying his staff opened it by mistake and pointed at her while she was eating a WHOLE apple from a fork. I guess it's good he was honest but talk about throwing someone under the bus.

What a awesome experience to walk into a lotto place for the first time and be greeted with a smile and great service. Well done to Brian and his wife for welcoming us into his store, needless to say we now continue to buy our lotto there, We have experience many lotto outlets who take your money and don't give a damm whether they serve you or not.
