My wife's been here recently to get a new metro card and she's been given a wrong card by one of the staff. When she asked for the refund to get the correct card the manager has disagreed and hasn't given her the refund. However she was was finally given the refund but the managers behavior has been so rude that he kind of thrown the card at her which is very unprofessional.

I have lived in Kingswood for 12 months and l have found Mitcham Square Newsagency to be one the most professional businesses l have ever had the pleasure of dealing with.
The staff at the desk are pleasant, polite and very helpful.l bought a beautiful Louenhide black handbag recently and everyone l meet is commenting me on how nice it is.The Manager is very professional businessman and deals with everything in a busy newsagency with charm.I am sure if you shop there you will find the same experience .5 stars.
