After a number of great reviews, I approached Erina at Morunga Migration four and a half years ago initially to obtain my RRV (of which I didn't know I was eligible for until I came to Australia). This in turn enabled me to sponsor my daughters. Right from the very beginning I found Erina to be very approachable, knowledgeable and passionate about immigration work. Even though I have never met Erina personally I believe that Erina "knew" me right from the beginning. Erina has taken a "step back" from client work to concentrate more on immigration law. This has enabled Kathleen (Sydney) and Glenda (NZ) to take on more work. I have found Kathleen and Glenda to be just as approachable and passionate about their work. Last week (17 September 2024) my husband, daughter and I obtained Australian citizenship - after an amazing 8 months from time of application to ceremony date. I found the ceremony quite emotional but it now means that as a family we are now "secure" in Australia. I can not speak highly enough about Morunga Migration. Erina and her team made the process of my wife getting citizenship a lot easier than we could of imagined. They explained everything in plain English no technical terms that we could not understand. The communication was excellent throughout, even when we were waiting for ceremony dates, Erina and her team would make courtesy txts, emails and phone calls just to touch base and to let me know that they had not heard anything yet but would let us know straight away if anything changes. We can not speak highly enough of Morunga Migration, and are forever grateful that my wife has the stability of being an Australian Citizen, although always a Kiwi at heart.
