My dad and I decided to obtain financial advice from Aged care financial services. We were clueless as to how to proceed with aged care financially for my mum. My dad is not one to seek advice, so this was a big step for him.
Claudia was very helpful in providing financial advice regarding aged care specifically to the current financial situation that we presented. She was patient with my dad who was hard of hearing, and needed more time to process the information given, which she patiently did without effort.
We are yet to implement what she has advised us, and feel that it is an accurate reflection of how we need to proceed with obtaining aged care for services for my mum. As well as this, we have now visited some nursing homes, and are able to follow the financial side more accurately. Whilst we are seeking advice as the aged care sector goes through changes, we are not blindsided by the costs and how the system works.
