I can’t recommend Adriano at Toro Tech highly enough. In one of the most emotionally difficult times of my life, he showed incredible professionalism, speed, and compassion. My laptop had a damaged screen and I had no access to the photos of my recently deceased father which I urgently needed for his funeral. Adriano worked quickly and skilfully to retrieve everything, when others couldn’t. He went above and beyond what even Apple Tech could offer and was incredibly fair and decent in his pricing. Cannot fault Adriano's customer service. My MacBook Air laptop battery was faulty and he had the part I needed and fixed it for me all within a couple of hours, and at a reasonable cost. A day or two later I called him to ask a tech question unrelated to this job and again he was willing to see me immediately. Exceptional. Outstanding. I strongly recommend Adriano.
