One of the rudest people you will ever meet. Extremely unresponsive to email, cannot even speak clearly, loses all important documents , has extremely rude language and doesn’t keep up to date with the case. Such an embarrassment in court when she struggles to speak without stuttering every second. She has no idea what’s been happening with the case despite being involved with her for a few months which itself is extremely frustrating. Save your time and go to someone who is actually educated and experienced in the matter.

Attended the office the other day, middle-aged lady introduced who herself as Roona, struggled to speak clearly to me. Was quite rude, told me she didn't "have time" and said to come back another time or email, the told me to "leave".
