Won't be going here!!!! Tried to get some help from the Receptionist at 1.50pm 5/2/20. Care factor was zero with my enquiry and just tried to hurry me along then put me on hold to answer another call. Attitude was rude and when I asked how long round about should I wait for an email reply just to be sure Ian Richie would actually read it and reply she sarcastically replied "he is very busy he is a lawyer you know" then said I have other calls I am here by myself. REALLY!!! is this how you treat new customers. My call took all of a minute to explain!!!! apparently that is too much time for this uninterested customer service person who is the face of this company. I hung up in disgust....appalling service.

terrible service, no support or accurate information. all about the money, was not interested in helping us unless we gave them credit details first. very rude and argumentative, not willing to be helpful or provide the service we requested.
