My local PO was closed on a Saturday so I walked 1.8km to Glebe only to be told I couldn't fulfil an online return because they couldn't print a label. Don't waste your time here, they may be open early on a Saturday but that is due to the fact it operates as a newsagent too.

The guy who works at this office has given me the worst customer service I've ever had in my life. He serves each customer very slowly on purpose, having long lines of people waiting. I went twice to ask if my order had arrived, which said it had been delivered. He refused to check when I asked him to please. I asked if he could call someone to double-check, and he said no. Then he started yelling at me, saying he wouldn't check again because he had checked the other day. The owner should take action on this matter because every time I come, he gives terrible service.

I have been here a couple of times and found the guy behind the counter to be rude and uncooperative. I need to get a parcel to Canberra and this is the only post office locally that's open after 5pm.

I have read the reviews and the memories of my experience there are not good so I will wait to tommorow.

One would think after he has so many bad reviews he would change his attitude and make an effort but no!

Makes you wonder why people even take on a customer service role if customers do nothing but cause inconvenience and annoy the staff.

I just had a very bad experience at this post office. The guy at the counter was very rude, as other comments say. And he wouldn’t take my MyPostBusiness membership code, even though on AustraliaPost website it says it should be accepted everywhere!

I received great service by a friendly and professional man. He spent well over fifteen minutes helping me send a parcel overseas, and finished with a smile.

Came here to collect a goget card and the owner tried to charge me $3. I pushed back and said it doesn't say it costs money, with him saying "it doesn't say you don't have to pay". I called goget and it turns out he's illegally charging people for services. Stay away from this place

I went to the post office to send three postcards internationally but didn’t bring a pen. After waiting for all the customers to finish, I asked to borrow one, noticing a basket full of pens behind the staff. He rudely said people sending postcards should bring their own pen but let me use one on the counter. I ignored his comment and carefully wrote the address since it was in different languages.

Then he sarcastically asked how many cards I had and said the pen wasn’t for customers sending postcards. If that’s the case, why let me use it in the first place? I explained there were no other customers, so I was taking my time, but he mocked me for “taking my time.” Feeling uncomfortable, I ended up buying a $5.50 pen just to shut him up.

It wasn’t about the money but his rude, unwelcoming attitude. He could’ve simply said no from the start instead of being so hostile. Someone needs to teach him basic kindness. Post office, hire staff with actual customer service skills.

I am surprised by the negative reviews for this location. I recently visited to pick up a parcel and had a completely different experience. The owner was friendly and the entire process was incredibly fast – the quickest I’ve ever experienced at any post office. He was efficient and polite. Amazing service.
