Well, I have just read some of these reviews and think there may be some professional character assassination going on here. I have been dealing with Mat at professional for the best part of 4 months in trying to buy and sell property. He has literally saved my arse by picking up issues with contract done by a (real estate professional law firm) that would have caused the sale to be voided that we were not informed of, so kudos for that, he then went on to help lock in a property purchase for me in less than 24 hrs and delt with all the concerning issue in the vendors initial contract, could not be happier with the service this agent provides.

Worst conveyacer to deal with ever!! As some others have said they use bully tactics to force you to waive your rights, they dont reply to emails at all. They just waste your time and just generally dont communicate at all.When they do communicate you ask for apples and they give you pears.It has been 4 weeks of agony to get a contract from these guys with no end in sight. Ive purchased many properties before and never in my life experience such poor service. My advise is stay away.

Simply Conveyancing lacks communication skills. They are up themselves, unprofessional and resorted to using passive bully tactics via attempting to get me to sign waivers to give up my legal rights, for their own conveninece to rush ahead. The rudeness and the manipulation makes this whole process upsetting and stressful as Simply Conveyancing cannot be trusted to work in YOUR best interests. You will most likly end up with extra expenses to clean up the mess this company causes to you in their rush. Matt and his team are revolting to deal with. If you go ahead beware of their disrepect for the legal process of buying and selling

I've bought and sold many properties in my life using many different land conveyancers, I never had a problem with any of them. I found Simply Conveyancing to be arrogant, ignorant, unprofessional and hard to deal with. I wouldn't recommend or use them ever again.
