I rang Stephen Pratt to make an appointment over a small litigation matter and to my shock and horror before I could even explain myself properly Mr Pratt screamed down the phone, are you rich, are you rich. I didn’t know what to say, before I could explain the details more, he screamed down the phone it will cost you $50.000, I was shocked. It was a matter that would take half a day at the most. He then suggested that I should go and sort the problem out myself. I told him Be Careful and there’s cctv everywhere. He told me that a friend of his had done that and he never had any further problems. The phone call finished. Weeks later I received a message saying, Stephen Pratt called. I ignored it. A Week or so later I received a call from Stephen Pratt, this time his attitude was very different and he was trying to appease me. He let me explain my situation more this time and was helpful, I let him talk and never mentioned our first conversation. After a while he told me he had a Barrister friend and he would mention it to him and see what could be done and he would get back to me. I don’t know Mr Pratt , I got his number after I rang Legal Access and explained my situation. They sent me a email with 4 names on it and I rang him. Over a month later I have heard nothing back from Mr Pratt. This man is a disgrace in my opinion and needs to be investigated by someone in the legal profession. If anyone could help me with that I’d be more than grateful. Thank you.
