22.08.2025 Sort of decided to ask a couple of questions about the Real Estate Market in my area - just walked near the door - straight away I got greated by staff members and the Proprietor.
Rare those days! All the questions I had got answered and I am sure I will use this agency when needed. The place looked lovely with fresh Deffodiles (for Daffodil Day
Cancer Council Australia Daffodil Day 21.08.2025 fundraising event) that apparently was very successful).
Little delicious muffins and cakes got offert and I had a tast of some. Thank you. I wish all the staff and Reece Osborne (Glasshouse Property Sales) a lot of sales! The signs in the window say it all! "SOLD"

Above any beyond. Reece worked so hard to secure a block of land for us in the much sought after Aspect Estate. Reece contacted possible sellers and found one willing to sell us their block and we secured at a price both agreeable to vendor and purchaser. Reece kept us informed at all times . I am writing this review as we were engaged by a "buyer" to complete a pre-purchase inspection on the sale of the agents own property from this company. Unfortunately, the agent and their partner were not happy with our transparent, factual information to ensure potential risks are communicated to the buyer.

Please, please take caution and do your own due diligence when purchasing any property especially your pre-purchase inspections and you certainly should not feel pressured to provide a perfect report to "sell" a property.

We have recently sold our property through Kelvin at Glasshouse Property Sales and because we hadn't been in the property market for a lot of years and not sure what was expected of us, he explained everything and answered all our questions and made the whole process much easier than we thought it would be. SELLING: Extremely easy and stress free experience! Couldn’t have asked for an easier or more professional experience. House sold within three hours of going on the internet and we got above our minimum price. Kelvin was helpful, friendly and an absolute pleasure to deal with. I have only praise for the staff of Glasshouse Property Sales. Their service was exemplary and professional at all times, but also extremely personable. Damien was outstanding in the way he handled all transactions. He went beyond what was expected and ensured not only the sale of the property occurred without hitch, but that my services were connected when I arrived at the property from interstate. As I purchased during the floods, great care was taken at all times to inform me of the state of the property, relieving the significant stress of purchasing at property unseen at this time. His passion for his role and warmth as a person allowed me to feel and live the the excitement of the purchase and my return to Queensland. Thank you.
