We were disappointed with our experience at The Agency. Communication and professionalism did not meet our expectations, and despite raising concerns, the resolution offered wasn’t satisfactory. Hopefully others have a better experience, but ours was not positive. We strongly don't recommend.

Worst real estate agency to deal with. I won’t even give 1 star. They absolutely do no communication, no one on one no nothing. Despite telling them by visiting their office that we are in urgent need of house due to some unforeseen situations in life and also had everything to provide them with to get the house approval, nobody listened nobody answered. Horrible service. I have now started to think if they are racist towards certain races. Just be better and maybe teach your agents the bare minimum and that’s customer service.
