I recently purchased my first home and was so very glad to have engaged Jade as my solicitor (she came very highly recommended!). Throughout this stressful and daunting process, Jade has been a source of calm and reason, making me feel I was in safe and very capable hands. Jade assisted me in reviewing the strata report and contract of sale for the property I was interested in purchasing (even though I'd sprung both requests on her at the last minute!), and was very prompt and thorough in pointing out the conditions and terms I needed to be aware of (and which I'd missed on my own reading). Jade has a knack for explaining complex terms in a way that makes it easy for a lay person to understand, and she successfully renegotiated a couple of the contract terms so they worked in my favour.

I felt very supported and informed throughout the whole process, from making an offer right through to settlement. Every step of the way, Jade was super organised and very clear in her communications to me, explaining what would be happening next, so there were no "nasty surprises" for me. She was also very responsive and supportive, when I had questions - always just a phone call away! Her professionalism and friendliness made all the difference.

Settlement, for me, went without a hitch and I couldn't be more grateful to Jade! Her fees are very clear and reasonable, and I'd happily engage her again for the quality of service I know I will receive. I highly recommend Jade, and know my own journey to purchasing was so much the better because I had her on my side. Thank you, Jade!!
