Very unreliable and somewhat unprofessional. Last minute contact prior to represented cases, half hearted decisions and in and out of planned meetings to answer phone or run into last minute cases in court.
Extremely unhelpful or supportive in conference settings spending time on his laptop while his client does their own representation! No communication, no progress and lack of interest! Overall disgusting service provided, wouldn't recommend AT ALL!!

3 years almost my case had been going on for- it was serious for my family and I was told in the beginning VOCAT would be paying for the case- I had to call for updates other wise I wouldn’t hear.
I called several times to check to be told by the receptionist that he wasn’t even being paid for it so pretty much it wasn’t their top priority.
I was really hurt and I felt like a peasant 😂
I just called to get the file transferred to the police and he didn’t listen to me in the first place he instead told me there was nothing else he could do on it (which they could have told me 2.5 years ago when they over all looked at it, he said that even when I called for a different reason- so he didn’t listen to me and proceeded to ask more questions about everything instead of just listening when I had said it 5 minutes ago...
I would hope a professional would listen. I found the receptionist lovely in the beginning but not later on, they were all rather rude the longer you worked with them.
