We are very happy with the outcome of the services provided by Andrew Sutton. In many ways Andrew went above and beyond to ensure our issue was dealt with. Our issue was very complex and extremely difficult to work with but Andrew has shown lot of commitment and through out the period he kept encouraging us and communicated with us on a very timely manner.

There are 2 attributes of Andrew which really stands out to me which are 1. Negotiation skills and 2. Dedication towards achieving end results. I find Andrew to be very dedicated and he negotiated very well on our behalf and ensure that we received expected outcome.

I would highly recommend Sutton Family Law to my friends and family.

I come back to give a good review to this business because now I find out he actually did a good job as a lawyer on my property matter.

Pros
- He provided detailed information on all procedures and possible outcomes within the scope of the law.
- He kept me updated, mostly through emails in a timely matter (with no spelling mistakes) to record and also explain all information we have discussed within the specific area of the law. His writing inspired me.
- He gave me good advices and suggestions on how things could be, but left the decision made by me.
- He showed respect, empathy and understanding on my matter - he remembers important information or events I shared with him, which helps to make constructive, strategic ways to address the matter in an effective way of the law.

Although I made the decision and tried to lead the case, he made feeling like a brother and helped me pass a big case and critical time in life.

Utter waste of time. This ain't no law firm in Point Cook. Ain't no business where this business listing is at. When I emailed.. got no reply. When I called they didn't want to meet and kept trying to book me in on Zoom. I'm sorry... I don't want to see a Lawyer but a receptionist and a booking in person isn't too much to ask for I would have thought.
