Kind of feel I need to write this in the hope maybe a dad can see it before agreeing to it and avoid this place and hopefully not go what I had to go through

Maybe, if both parties are amicable, it may be helpful coming up with a parental plan

But if you’re a dad trying to get more access to a child and have a disgruntled ex I can’t urge you more than to stay away. They do nothing but side with the mother when the most obvious toxic behaviours and lies are happening

If courts aren’t an option which I’m sure they aren’t for a lot of males due to cost then get the other party to agree to a private mediation and pay for it

If this is the government help that’s out there for men it’s honestly no surprise the suicide and depression rates are so high for single struggling dads. Honestly shameful

You can see the approach. They will reply with thanks if they like your comments. They will pretend your comments dont exist if they dont like it. They are shameless liars. If u really have to use them then keep a track and record of all conversations and activities yourself because they lie in a group and make u questioning ur reality

Would not recommend this place to anyone! From the start I knew I was doomed an the mediator was biased an favoured the other party. On last phone call to deny mediation the mediator was recording (typing) the phone call an even try to make out I was “watching” conversations between him and the other party, trying to twist my words. COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME unless you’re a shire girl trying to play the victim. Manipulative, biased and untrustworthy!!

This place is useless and is a female based bias center that likes to help with the alienation of children from there fathers. I went and seen Sarah Deuis who i would say needs to review current Family law as the whole time in mediation would refer to old family laws that were changed due to them being family woman focused and not child focused. STEER CLEAR FROM THIS PLACE

I didn’t even make it to the appointment since they had double booked me. The only reason I gave 2stars is because the people on the phone were kind. But i wasted 30 minutes booking my appointment and giving my personal details

One of the worst experiences of mediation. Not helpful. Tried to bully me into decisions that did not help the kids. Felt this was a complete waste of time. Do not use this centre.
