I've been there a few times to buy big lotto draw tickets, its been ok not to many issues, they have most items you get from most news agencies.

They have a fair few gifts available to buy as well, just in case you forgot somebody or your wife didn't tell you 1 million times it was someones birthday.

So I guess i will go back a few more times on the odd occasions to pick something up.

The women owner is extremely rude, when I asked her to please speak to me more kindly she told me I was a sensitive women and begun yelling at me until my 6month old started crying! Shes actually insane.

To reply to the below statement:

I must admit that the gentleman, whom I believe is the co-owner, was very helpful and genuinely tried to assist me. Unfortunately, I was unable to resolve the issue with him, as I opted to handle it myself online due to the difficulty I encountered with the other owner, who said she couldn’t help and didn’t seem 100% sure how to. I want to clarify that at no point did I roll my eyes or imply that anyone didn’t know what they were doing.

As I walked in, another gentleman leaving the store mentioned, “some people need to be more cheerful in the morning,” which suggested he also received poor service from her.

I’ve visited this store multiple times and always had great customer service in the past. However, it only takes one bad experience to overshadow the good ones. While I understand the need to defend your business, making false accusations against your customers is not the way to handle this. It also seems there's an ongoing pattern of shaming customers with negative experiences to justify poor treatment.

A simple apology would have prompted me to remove my initial review, but since that hasn’t happened, I’ll leave it as is.

Minus star Went today to check my tickets and she ripped them when I told her I wanted them back.She argued with me.She very rude and started yelling at me..Not good service!
A smile and good service goes along way in retail too bad you dont have these qualities in business !

They don’t know anything about customers service. First had to wait till the lady finish whatever she was doing after waiting patiently for couple of minutes I said sorry is this shop number 19 I don’t wanna wait around to find out this is not the correct store . She said yes, how can I help , I told her after my parcel after looking for 10 minutes she said she cannot find my name had to show the email and she called an elderly rude gentleman. The guy asked for email again and my Id after another 10 minutes finally he found the parcel which he just threw it at the counter when I said its rude he told me get loss . They don’t deserve even 1 star. Seriously avoid this shop if you can because this is not the first time I come to this shop and get treated badly.

There is a SMALL sign under the counter- away from the payment system. You can't even see it.

Avoid this place they rip you off
