📢 WARNING: AVOID – THEY CHARGE EXTRA FOR YOUR OWN TEST RESULTS!

I paid $260 for a medical test at Sullivan Nicolaides Pathology, expecting professional service. Instead, they failed to deliver my results on time, forcing me to make multiple visits. Now, they’re demanding an extra $20 just to access my own results!

Despite multiple emails, proving my identity, and offering to send my passport, they keep delaying and sending me in circles. If they have time to argue, they have time to send my results!

⚠️ If you value your health and time, STAY AWAY from this company.

Sat down waiting at 4:45. Lady came out and rudly told me she wasn't doing it cause the blood takes 10 mins to spin and that would of made 5pm. I think it's super unprofessional. I'd sat for 5 mins waiting then to be told no sorry.

This center used to be ok, but recently has had serious issues with staff training. Do NOT come here for blood tests. The staff do NOT know how to collect blood. My last two visits each resulted in over 8 jabs attempting to get enough blood from both arms, and ultimately failing. I was told to go to another center to try again. I have never had this happen at any other center, please stay away from this place.

I've had 14 vials of blood taken from me over the last 2 days. The last 4 of which were here at this pathology.
This was by far the most pleasant experience I have had.

Called to get a bit of an ETA on my results for my doctor and the customer service offered by this company is ZERO. When people are unwell and waiting for results in order to be prescribed medication by their Doctor, this company does not give a toss about your condition. No care factor and no professional clinical explanation is offered. Plus, they LIED to me when they said my sample would be tested in Cairns upon drop off, apparently it is now being sent to Brisbane, more so just a way for this company to buy time. They should really recruit more team members so the under staffed can work on their attitudes. I find this incredibly poor form for a business like Sullivan Nicolaides.

Terrible waiting times and lack of organisation. You need to get a booking system in place so that people don't have to turn up and wait in a crowded room in a space where sick people are congregating.
