My wife and I have been attending these Ningi Doctors for at least 14 years. We have been treated by at least 5 or 6 of the doctors there during that time. We have found no problems with them. We found the staff and doctors to be professional, helpful and friendly.

Doctor Grace Polong is incredible. She has managed my complex medical conditions for many years and has done so with dignity, respect and effective treatment regimens. She is fantastic. I regularly recommend her as a GP. She is the best one I’ve ever had. Toni at reception is also fantastic. So unbelievably kind and helpful whenever needed. She is an asset to the team. The nurses down the back as well are a godsend. Cass and Trish are angels and are so unbelievably kind throughout every interaction. These four women consistently go above and beyond and are such incredible examples of how kindness can facilitate a fantastic multifaceted treatment team. Thank you; Dr grace, Toni, cass and Trish, I appreciate you guys beyond words 🩷

Useless business, turns away patients when they need help, will never ever book with this GP ever again. This Doctor surgery is incompetent and unable to tell you if they can bulk bill a simple appointment, pathetic turning away your clients. people come to these places when they have serious health issues and this sort of treatment is unacceptable and shows all they care about is their bottom line.

Ningi Doctors receptionist very rude and abrupt in the tone of voice and their manner unprofessional especially towards indigenous people who are asking for help. Their facial expressions makes me want to walk back out the door. I did not feel welcomed at all in this clinic. I noticed the way they were talking to elderly people very rude and unkind. My experience today made me very 😭 upset and yet we pay full price for consultations as we don’t have Medicare

Just had the worst experience, coming in for a severe infection in my tooth/jaw and needed a course of antibiotics and some painkillers as panadol and ibuprofen does nothing for tooth pain and everyone knows that. I've had hospitals and dentists prescribe morphine for my tooth pain but this doctors treated me like a junkie even though I'm a very responsible young mum that can't afford a trip to the dentist so I try to hold it off with some painkillers until the antibiotics kick in. I left crying with no prescription as I'm not going to pay you when all you did was treat me like a junkie. I will take my money somewhere that will actually listen to me and how much pain I'm in. Absolutely disgusting.

Good doctor team however worst recptionist team i have ever come across in healthcare. Been going there for over 4 yrs. However my son hasnt need to go for 2 yrs rang up for an appointment as he become ill over night. Recetionist told us he is a new patient and they arnt going to take any new patients spoke to the manager who had no idea. Most arrogent rude and simplist recetion team ever. Trip to cabo hospital instead. Who advised us how important it was that we were seen before his illness became real bad.
