Sometimes there's a wait, which is out of one's control. However, the people taking my blood have always been friendly and polite.

It has the worst set up if your fasting don't even bother. I waited over 1hr with my ticket number 12. I was next then 2 patients who went in were told to go back n sit in waiting room and she would call them back in obviously. So in the meantime 2 patients come out of the doctors and she ends up calling their names. Then one of those patients who was told to wait again goes back in. My number was next but in the meantime I have 4 patients before me. So why do people take a ticket. I think there should be a fasting queue and they should be seen first. The other problem is there is one pathologist one room. Go to Laidley or Gatton if you are fasting.

Friday 15th September 2023.
My partner and I had simultaneous Dr's appointments at plainland @ 1.20 pm
Mine was straight forward.
My partner had to get a pathology test.
Un be knowns to her the dr had prescribed a covid test.
The operator at pathology abruptly pointed out that they did not do covid testing there.
After a short verbal exchange the test was under way.

The operator made sure she felt her roth.
My partner has had many a covid test but none as viscous as this one.
